• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Payment Methods: The hotel accepts cash and cards.
• Currency Exchange: At the reception.
• Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and most common areas, except in the restaurant.
• Pool & Beach Supervision Hours: Lifeguard supervision is provided from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Outside these hours, the hotel declines all responsibility in the event of an accident or incident.

Paid Services:

• Doctor (on request): Available 24/7 for an extra charge (medications not included).
• Laundry Service: available for an additional fee – rates displayed in your wardrobe.
• Safe: available for 4 DT per day.
• Key: In case of lost key, a fee will apply (displayed at the reception).
• Mini-Bar: available for 10 DT per day (subject to availability).
• Special beach towel service available at reception – deposit + 2 DT per towel for cleaning.
